• Proof of age (copy of original Birth Certificate) and • 1 document from EACH of the following categories – dated any time between 2/1/24 - 2/1/25 - if your player attends school within Lompoc City limits but lives outside you may obtain a school attendance waiver – contact us

Majors & Minors SKILLS ASSESMENT DATES (DRAFT NUMBERS WILL BE GIVEN AT CHECK IN W A STICKER FOR THEIR NUMBER): IF A PLAYER DOES NOT ATTEND ONE TRY OUT DATE THEY WILL BE A HAT PICK AND THEY WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ALL STARS AND MAY BE TAKEN OFF THE MAJORS DIVISION DRAFT LIST.
YOU MUST BE ON TIME! ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MIN EARLY TO CHECK IN! MONDAY 1/20/25: 7, 8 & 9 year olds (MINORS ONLY):

TUESDAY 1/21/25:
11-12** year olds(MAJORS ASSESMENT): 5:OO PM TO 6:00 PM
9-10** year olds(MAJORS ASSESMENT)6:15 – 7:15 pm

WEDNESDAY 1/22/25: 5:30-6:30:
MAKE UP ASSESMENT FOR THOSE UNABLE TO ATTEND ABOVE

If you requested your 9 yr. old to only play in the MINORS then they will attend the MINORS ONLY assessment.
*If your PLAYER was on a MAJORS team in 2024 you do not ATTEND ANY ASSESSMENTS.
**Age is based on the player’s League age as of Aug. 31, 2025 for the 2025 season
